Hippity Hoppity Happy Easter!

Hey there! This weeks challenge over at the Peachy Keen Challenge is anything goes as long as you use Peachy Keen Stamps. I decided to try out masking the face on the PK - 287 Ballin' Bunnies stamp and use a happy bunny face from PK - 291 to make this Easter card.

The sentiment banner is a Digi Stamp from a new stamp company that is just starting up, Get Inky! Stamps. There's lots of cute images and sayings there that are released daily and you can make requests for images/sayings too! Here's the inside greeting on my card which is also from Get Inky!:

When I put out the word that I was looking for a 2-3 person design team, I had no idea that I wouldn't be able to just choose that few out of all the wonderful applicants! So, I took the easy way out and decided to just have a bigger team! Are you ready to be inspired to Get Inky? Hello...Thanks for stopping by! We are very excited here at BLUE MOON CREATION because we are getting ready to GET INKY! and PARTY! Are you ready to party? We are! Over at our Get Inky! Stamps blog, we will be introducing the Get Inky! Stamps Design Team, and boy do they have some great inspirational ways to Get Inky! But... that's not all! This is the card I created using this weeks Peachy Keen Challenge 13 - 10 : Photo Inspiration. 

Materials Used:

Sew Sweet Cupcakes Stamp Set

Cardstock (from my stash)

Bakers Twine

Bling (from my stash)

Copic Markers

Copic Glitter Pen

I paper pieced the cupcake and then colored it with my copic markers and added some glitter pen to the frosting. I used foam adhesives to give some depth to the card on the Happy Birthday Banner as well as the scalloped die. I hope this card inspires you to come and Get Inky! with us when our Get Inky! Challenge blog begins on April 1st! (No joke! Lol!) All those who enter our first challenge will receive one free digi stamp of their choice! So come Get Inky! with us!

Getting Inky! with Blue Moon Creation Stamps

Design Team Call

I'm looking for 2-3 people who will commit to submitting two projects and blog posts (on their own blog) each month until the end of 2013 (layout, card, anything goes/altered item). Must use Get Inky! stamps or digi stamps by Blue Moon Creation (debuts this spring) for your submitted projects. For being on the team, you will receive one of each of my brand new stamp sets. (Joyful Jar Drinks, Sew Sweet Cupcakes, and Buzzing Bees) as well as any new Get Inky! Stamp releases that come out during your term. (Possibly one in autumn.) Your term will begin at the end of March (next month) and end next year, in January 2014.

I also have spots available for Guest Designers. Those who accept a Guest Designer position must commit to submitting a minimum of 3 projects before January 2014. Guest Designers will not receive Get Inky! Stamps, instead they will receive their choice of 3 digi stamps by Blue Moon Creation.

Getting Inky With Blue Moon Creation

Hi everybody! Okay...after being all too excited about my stamp sets, I wasn't thrilled with the quality of art (pixel problem) on the stamps. I spoke with a few people and believe I am now on the right track! Yay! It's taking some getting used to, as I'm having to learn how a computer program works, as well as trying to draw my images straight onto the computer. (I need to invest in the computerized drawing pads at some point to make the process faster.) That being said, I have completed the third stamp set, using this new program and it looks great so far! I also just resubmitted the Buzzing Bees set...So please be patient as I try to finalizing things. Until next time, be good stampers!
