Getting Inky! with Blue Moon Creation Stamps
Design Team Call
I'm looking for 2-3 people who will commit to submitting two projects and blog posts (on their own blog) each month until the end of 2013 (layout, card, anything goes/altered item). Must use Get Inky! stamps or digi stamps by Blue Moon Creation (debuts this spring) for your submitted projects. For being on the team, you will receive one of each of my brand new stamp sets. (Joyful Jar Drinks, Sew Sweet Cupcakes, and Buzzing Bees) as well as any new Get Inky! Stamp releases that come out during your term. (Possibly one in autumn.) Your term will begin at the end of March (next month) and end next year, in January 2014.
I also have spots available for Guest Designers. Those who accept a Guest Designer position must commit to submitting a minimum of 3 projects before January 2014. Guest Designers will not receive Get Inky! Stamps, instead they will receive their choice of 3 digi stamps by Blue Moon Creation.
To apply, please email me these items:
-pictures of 3 of your best past projects (any combination of projects is fine, as long as it includes one card)
-a short bio
-your favorite stamping/paper crafting techniques
-your blog address (knowledge of linking a plus)
-why you think you'd be a good match for this new design team and new line of stamps
No design team experience necessary!
If interested, please send your emailed application by Feb 28, 2013 to:
bluemooncreation@att.net
I will be announcing the DT on March 11th.
Good luck to all who apply!

Getting Inky With Blue Moon Creation
Hi everybody! Okay...after being all too excited about my stamp sets, I wasn't thrilled with the quality of art (pixel problem) on the stamps. I spoke with a few people and believe I am now on the right track! Yay! It's taking some getting used to, as I'm having to learn how a computer program works, as well as trying to draw my images straight onto the computer. (I need to invest in the computerized drawing pads at some point to make the process faster.) That being said, I have completed the third stamp set, using this new program and it looks great so far! I also just resubmitted the Buzzing Bees set...So please be patient as I try to finalizing things. Until next time, be good stampers!

Kindy Valentines
My sons homework assignment is to cut out hearts and give them as Valentines to his classmates. No going out and buying premade valentines. Since my son usually likes to make "love bugs" with me for Valentine's Day, we had to switch it up to include his hearts. So here's what we came up with. Using my Spellbinders Nestabilities and some papers from my stash, along with my Peachy Keen Stamps, and my computer, we came up with these cute "love bugs". Enjoy!

Valentines
Hey there crafty friends! This weeks Peachy Keen Challenge is Photo Inspiration. With their chosen picture/color scheme, I needed to be inspired to create something from it. And...With Valentine's Day just around the corner, and my son needing to incorporate hearts in his Valentines for school, along with Crafty Card Spring Challenge, I came up with these cute little love bugs. The inspiration from the picture for me was the color scheme. I picked the dark gray, red, and dark brown for the love bugs. I stamped various cute faces from assortment face sets ( and ). I used another set ( ) for the sentiment. (Which is different on the Valentines that my son and I are making for his class...those I printed on the computer since he wanted a cute saying.) For all of the shapes (minus the hand cut hearts), I used my cuttlebug with Spellbinders Nestabilities. I hope you enjoy these cute little bugs!
